The Partners
Brian D. Layne
With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Brian combines a real world application with a global business perspective that lends itself to a balanced business approach. “I believe that a business needs to look at many critical angles before moving ahead with a solution. Finding the right solution needs to be followed by an execution plan that is understood and supported by all key figures in the company. Only then should it be implemented with the staff at large. Integrity and clear communication combined with out-of-the box thinking have been the corner stones of my success and I try to bring that formula to every one of our clients.”
Darin Walters
Currently the CFO/COO of Burke Williams day spas in California, Darin has spent the last 25 years successfully growing multi facility businesses in the hospitality industry. Responsible for all facets of operating these companies, Darin has created a model for success that is applicable to many industries.”I’ve found that this is more of a formula than it appears. All success begins with clear goals. Knowing where you’re going should shape the path you take. All plans are then executed with two objectives. first, does the plan serve your goals? Second, is the plan a win for your client, employee and owner? As you execute your plans, the key is to not to save money, but not to spend where you didn’t intend to. Creativity, Integrity and hard work have been the cornerstones of my success and I try to bring those to every one of our clients.”
